FIN-Project windows – elegance and reliability.
A bank building may appear welcoming and open, but it must nevertheless embody security and control, stability and size. That is at least how the architects of the Raiffeisen bank building in the Swiss town of Echallens saw it. It was also necessary to build an architectural bridge between the past, the present and... the future!
The premises of the Auberge du Lion d'Or and the former Golden Lion Pub in Echallens, where the new headquarters of the Banque Raiffeisen du Gros de-Vaud are now located, date back over 100 years and possess a wonderfully noble façade. The newly constructed part of the building has windows of black powder-coated aluminium with black anodised handles, both inside and outside. On the outside they form a striking contrast to the old building, while their large glass surfaces perfectly match the architecture – while on the inside they offer a stylish complement to the interior! The frame-covering glass of the FIN-Project windows in the Nova-line design simultaneously produce a serious, modern and sustainable appearance.
