Company building in Piove di Sacco

SCM Frigo, a refrigeration company based in Piove di Sacco, near Padova, completely renewed its site in 2021. The administrative section, with its offices, meeting rooms and cafeteria, is distinguished by its impressive entrance area and simple, modern look. The large window walls suggest transparency and allow the boundaries between exterior and interior to merge. The flowing transition to the façade is evoked by the colour-matched quartz grey of the aluminium window frames.

In the office areas the silk-grey PVC frames of the FIN-Window glazing make for a harmonious atmosphere. In the Twin version they consist of two interconnected window sashes: the Venetian blinds in the gap between the panes are well protected against wind, rain and dirt: each employee can therefore adjust the incidence of light and sun to his or her individual needs, thus ensuring a comfortable and productive workplace.
