The single-family dwelling, designed as a modern reinterpretation of the local farms and stables, is situated at the edge of the town centre and offers attractive views in all directions. Selecting the FIN-Vista aluminium window wall system met the owners’ desire for large and elegant glazing surfaces with wide-ranging views and maximum light incidence. Sliding doors and window elements were installed as required so as to permit access to the east-facing terrace and ensure appropriate ventilation. The bathrooms and bedrooms have windows with integrated adjustable slats to afford the desired degree of privacy. The PVC core and triple glazing used in all window elements guarantee excellent energy efficiency and sealing.
