House on the Ritten

The priorities of the owners in upgrading their house’s energy efficiency while simultaneously enlarging it were to ensure excellent thermal insulation and a high degree of security. The existing folding shutters were also to be replaced by blinds that did not require a housing. The choice fell on the FIN-90 Classic-line Twin composite window with its maintenance-free Venetian blind installed between the glass panes. The FIN-Vista window wall and integrated FIN-Slide lift-and-slide doors provide wide glass surfaces with a clear view of the surrounding garden. The large outdoor swimming pool is covered by a Classic roof construction. The PVC core and insulation glazing offer outstanding heat insulation for all the installed products. The entry doors, from the Style and Vetro series, complete the modern overall image of the house.
