This building shows its true colours! Both the aluminium entry door and the folding PVC shutters are a bright traffic red: this eye-catching colour gives the house a rustic style, while the white windows create a moderating effect thanks to the slender PVC frames with their frame-covering all-glass look. In this way, the traditional rustic style is combined with a modern look in an intense and subtle play of colours.
Certified as a passive house, the structure is plastered on the inside with airtight joints for better insulation; the ventilation system also features a heat recovery technique. The triple glazing further increases the insulation which, in combination with the folding shutters, keeps the heat out in summer and ensures a pleasant coolness indoors. Then, in winter, the light and airy rooms also offer a natural warmth – making for a perfect, colourful home at any time of year.
