Modern building in Lucera

The building is divided into a ground floor for business purposes and three floors with apartments. The grey-tinted façade features attractively airy wall surfaces and balconies that jut out informally. The matt beige grey of the aluminium window frames interacts with the other grey tones. At the same time, the colour produces a gentle contrast with the other part of the façade, which is a bright white. The white satin PVC frames in the interior create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

The central theme of the project was energy efficiency. The FIN-Window windows and FIN-Slide lift-and-slide doors were the ideal choice for this. The particularly slender Nova-line frames ensure maximum light incidence and optimum insulation thanks to the Plus-Valor double insulation glazing. The windows are equipped as standard with security locking points and roller mushroom head bolts at four points, all producing a safe living and working atmosphere.
