Passive house in Spain

This new construction in the Spanish city of Gijón represents something very special: the first traditional building to meet the Passive House standard. Together with the window wall and integrated lift-and-slide door, the exterior frameless windows and entry door from the Style line lend the traditional architecture a modern character. While the dark aluminium veneer blends into the outer façade, the white PVC frames in the interior emphasise the bright, friendly living atmosphere. The PVC core and the centre sealing guarantee that all installed products possess a high degree of insulation, heat insulation and watertightness. The external blinds protect against excessive heat and sun.
