Industrial loft style with Ferro-line.
In 2019, GDS Keramiek opened a spacious showroom in the industrial zone of the Dutch city of Delft. The building was totally converted during renovation under the direction of architect Edwin Smit. The result was a bright exhibition space of over 750 m², whose industrial loft style is reminiscent of the 1920s buildings found in Birmingham. At the same time, the façade exemplifies the main product in the company’s range: brick.
FIN-Project is undoubtedly the ideal window design! The striking angled exterior contours of the Ferro-line window frames and the slender appearance of the window walls are further enhanced by the aluminium material and Sablé colours. The narrow visible widths on the façade side perfectly harmonise with the building’s large surface area and permit plenty of light to enter. The aluminium exterior and interior frames of the glazed entry door perfectly match its delicate steel look.
