Single-family house in Valencia

For this single-family house in Spain - a new two-storey building - an inspiring comment by Luis Oberrauch of Finstral’s senior management was taken to heart: “Don’t just make windows for your house, design windows for every room in your house”. The client wanted elegant aesthetics, energy efficiency and a wide range of possible variants.
As always, Finstral had the best customised solutions at the ready: FIN-Project - with aluminium on both the interior and exterior - combined with the Nova-line frame shape, where the sash frame disappears completely behind the glass on the outside. In the dining room, the FIN-Vista window wall ensures maximum light and views, while composite sashes with integrated light protection allow the bedroom to be completely darkened. Finally, the lift-and-slide door in the kitchen means that the garden is always just a step away. And, because of the house’s location and positioning, all glazing is fitted with Mediterranean solar protection.
