Villa in La Providencia

Crystal-clear water in the swimming pool, crystal-clear glazing on the house façade. Warm stone alongside cool white provides openness, sun and light. All of these aspects make this villa shine – in the truest sense of the word. The job of the architect was to expand the premises in visual terms via large glass surfaces, while ensuring maximum living comfort with no architectural barriers – a modern overall concept that perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics. The lift-and-slide doors, of aluminium-PVC, ensure maximum accessibility. The large glass panes open the house to the outside, while the sill is less than two centimetres high – the flattest door threshold on the market. The Nova-line design windows match perfectly: their frame-covering glass on the exterior lends the façade a maximum of lightness. A pleasant complement to all this is the dark-matt entry door: consisting of five horizontal rectangles, the door merges seamlessly into the lines of the stone tiles.
