Villa on the Wine Road

This owner built a very special villa in his native South Tyrol. The house, located on the Wine Road, effortlessly blends a contemporary style with traditional architecture, spacious rooms with reduced external dimensions and numerous glazed areas with high energy efficiency. To maximise energy efficiency FIN-Project windows and FIN-Slide lift-and-slide doors, of aluminium construction on both sides, proved ideal. The windows, of high-quality insulation glass, ensure excellent insulation values – thanks also to the co-extruded gaskets, corner-welded profiles and perfect insulation provided by the PVC core.
