Easy to maintain and long lasting in use.

The aesthetics and warmth of wood are widely appreciated. However, wood is not the ideal material to ensure that windows are long lasting in use. We therefore only use wood on the interior of our windows. The core of the frame on the other hand always consists of a PVC profile to ensure excellent insulation. The wood thus has no function to perform and will neither distort nor rot over the years. Aluminium on the exterior will withstand the weather in this time – as, unlike wood, no regular protective coating is required. Finstral’s wooden windows offer the attractive qualities of a natural material, while being easy to maintain and long lasting in use.

Always the right design.

Natural or Quartz Grey? Classic old style or modern all-glass look? As always, Finstral’s wooden windows also offer countless individual variants. Soft wood is available in six classic tones, with hardwood available in nine modern colours. You can also choose from a dozen different frame forms. The Finstral wood programme also offers the largest variety in design of all window manufacturers.

Sustainably produced. High-quality processing.

Just as when developing our profiles or producing our insulation glass, Finstral also does all of its wood processing itself. Our modern wood processing plant at Oppeano handles the whole process, from board to finished wooden frame: we profile, cut, paint and assemble everything ourselves. This gives us direct control over the production process and we can thus always guarantee the highest quality. We only use wood from sustainable forestry that we carefully treat with water-soluble paints. This means that, in contrast to conventional wooden windows, our wooden windows can be fully sorted and 100% recycled.

Well protected. Always perfectly installed.

Who can guarantee that my new wooden windows will not be damaged during installation? Wooden windows are particularly sensitive and can easily be damaged by moisture, scratches and plaster splashes. To avoid this, we initially only install our heat-insulated FIN-Fix mounting frames. Only after completion of the rough construction work are the new window elements put in place, thus ensuring your new wooden window is always perfectly protected during the dirty building phase.
